Quarterli

Web Foundry was tasked with bringing the Quarterli concept to life online, including branding, website design and build and a full array on inbound marketing activities to support its launch.

DESIGN

The Quarterli name was devised by the client to emphasise the 'quarterly habit' that would be adopted by subscribers to the website. The design was therefore conceived around four quarters; in terms of colours, charts and graphics. We would design and produce a sequence of animations that place on the home page to simplify what is a fairly complex ideology and process.

BUILD

The website comprises a front end, complete with animations, video demos and a back end, where the subscribed users get full access to the Quarterli suite of planning tools. The website is entirely bespoke, built on top of the Joomla CMS and framework, but comprising custom componenty development. The logged in subscriber has access to a management dashboard where they can see the progress they and their team and making towards a shared vision. The MD user can send surveys to his team and manage tasks that are aligned to their strategic goals. Algorithms plot their progress on a chart and present their current situation in one of four quartiles on the Quarterli grid.

HOSTING

The website and data is securely hosted on private server instances on Amazon Web Services.

Reporting Engine

The website is connected to a powerful payment processing platform, called Stripe. We can also integrate with Sage Pay, World Pay, PayPal and many more.

Place members into groups to control what they can see or do.
Downloadable Reports
The client can view reports to show user activity, such as top products, abandoned carts, sales, shipping status and much more.
Responsive Design
The website looks spiffing on just about every device. Google also likes this feature and rewards the client with an improved ranking in their search result pages.

The Finance Manager

The finance manager is part of the secretariat team that manages the membership renewals. Reports and expiry automations are all a part of the solution.

The Content Writer

The client's in-house writer has access to write and save draft content to the website. The content can be reviewed and approved and then published my an authorised manager.
