Opticall eye care is a home-visiting optician focusing on building their brand throughout the home counties.
The client tasked Web Foundry with producing a very simple, static content website that would be well optimised for local search. As the client was working to a tight budget we were asked to explore template design approach, coupled with utilising third party plugins to boost levels of functionality and user engagement.
Opticall Eye Care also looked to us for advise on how they would better rank their site for local search.
The client was looking for a simple, clean design that would be mobile-responsive and appropriate for their brand and target audience. Our approach was to modify a template framework, re-working colours, fonts and images to meet their needs.
The website features a custom map showing the areas of operation, contact form and blog. The website is mobile friendly and optimised for important search terms.
The website is easy to navigate and use and particular attention was paid to accessibility concerns, which are especially important for the intended market, where impaired vision may present a barrier to a good user experience.
Text content and images where provided by the client. Web Foundry produced all graphics and resized/optimised all images on the website.
