Our records show that you purchase advance blocks of support time as required. 

Support is provided as required and time called off against your account. We update our timesheets daily to detail all time and tasks undertaken on behalf of your company. Support is always provided at the earliest opportunity. Urgent requests, such as faults with your website are dealt with as a priority, usually within a few hours of notification. Content or design updates are usually started on the same day that a request has been received. If there is any delay or further information required by Web Foundry we will contact you to advise.

VMOG Terms

Our records show that you do not have a Support Plan in place.

Support can be provided as required, ad-hoc and charged at our current hourly rate. For a more cost-efficient way to support your team and your website you should consider purchasing a block of support time.

Support Plans

You can pre-purchase blocks of support time - 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 hours - and these can be called off against your account. The more hours you purchase, the cheaper rate you pay.

We update support requests via a secure Google Docs and this detail all time and tasks undertaken on behalf of your company during each week. Support is always provided at the earliest opportunity and urgent requests, such as faults with your website are dealt with as a priority, usually within a few hours of notification.
