Team

Offshore Team

In 2008, we started working with an offshore technical delivery team. Over the years, the relationship has delivered exceptional benefits to our business and our clients in terms of service, value and capability.

The team, consisting of Marina who manages two highly experienced programmers, offers a great balance of skill sets. They are dedicated to our business and we work closely with them throughout the day using Skype and other VOIP-based technologies.

Perhaps most importantly, they fully share the needs of our in-house team and clients, and allow us to offer technical delivery from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. In one month, we’ll receive an astonishing 300 hours of high-end PHP programming, JavaScript, CSS and HTML authoring.

It’s a fantastic relationship and long may it continue.

Frank Brown

“Even with my extensive track record in the creative field, I’m regularly learning something new.”

Frank brings a phenomenal wealth of advertising and design experience to Web Foundry (over 34 years!). He’s worked at Hall Advertising, Ash Gupta, WAM and McCann Erickson, on accounts as diverse as Kwik-Fit, Edinburgh Zoo and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Getting involved in the full range of Web Foundry clients, his finished art skills provide a real depth and quality to the creative process. Despite his impressive track record, he sees Web Foundry as a place where he can pick up new skills and knowledge. He’s exposed to some pioneering developments in the digital industry and it’s an exciting place to be right now.

Alina Liatkovskaja

“Each project is a material expression of creativity and the outcome of smooth teamwork. I love working with, and learning from, such smart and dedicated people.”

Experienced in Drupal and Joomla CMS, Alina focuses her skills on website content editing for a wide range of Web Foundry clients.

She’s a fantastic member of the team, passionate about learning and genuinely curious about the possibilities of our industry. Alina loves the spirit of co-operation that exists within the business; she loves the product (especially the Chester Residence site); and she’s keen to learn more about how great companies build their online profile.

Robert Wilson

“When I partner with Web Foundry, I enjoy the cross-platform challenges, it’s very exciting. I’m given a free rein in my areas of expertise and we’re producing some great work.”

Rob works with Web Foundry whenever his specialist skills are required. An experienced, highly-regarded photographer and digital film maker, he shoots the web video and digital stills which give our clients such a valuable edge.

While he’s not a permanent member of the team, he certainly feels like one. He can even turn his hand to client services, offering companies that invaluable mixture of on-going support blended with creative insight.

It’s also good to know we have an award-winner in our midst. Rob lived in Santiago for three years, where he won the ‘Best Advertising Photography’ award for the whole of Chile. Chances are, he’s the only person in Britain to hold that award. We think that’s rather impressive.

Vitalij Lokucijevskij

“My love of programming stems from a passion for science, maths and logic. It’s a world where there are no ambiguities, where every problem has a solution.”

Vitalij has been in the country since October 2010 and has worked with Web Foundry ever since. (Great news for us.) He’s brought with him high-level programming skills, including PHP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML, and has trained people in these languages.

As one of our most senior, expert programmers with knowledge of Drupal and Joomla systems, Vitalij tends to be deployed on our more complex projects. Particularly ones that have a longer schedule and greater custom elements. He’s an easy-going chap but when faced with the opportunity to challenge convention – he’s not afraid to speak his mind.
