The Gorbals Arts Project is an inspiring story. Set up and run by a small team of artists and managers in the Gorbals area of Glasgow with a mission to enrich one of the poorest areas of Glasgow with truly wonderful artworks. Key to the success of their projects is the involvement of local school children, residents and local businesses.
The website we created for GAP showcases some exceptional artworks that range from metal sculptures to mosaics and decorative ironworks. The extent of the media employed is only surpassed by the creativity of their artworks.
The website give the artists full control over publishing images of their work electronically and through these case studies stakeholders and other interested parties can see the exceptional worth of their work.
The web solution provides full content management, image gallery uploads and incorporates Flash multimedia.
