Scottish web design business, Web Foundry, has just completed it's second year in business and as managing director Phil Holt explains, you can succeed in this challenging market if you're prepared to go that extra mile for clients.
"The past twelve months have been exceptional for Web Foundry. Despite the economic conditions and new market entrants we've surpassed expectations and delivered a 200% increase in turnover and profits. We believe this has been possible because we have worked hard with our clients to really understand their requirements and deliver demonstrable value to their business. This, aligned to our ongoing commitment to the Joomla development platform means that our development and billing cycles have been reducing, while our capacity has increased."
Over the year Web Foundry has welcomed aboard many new clients, including Newtomorrow, Debt Solutions Scotland, Interactive Design Institute, Health Policy Scotland, Creative Cairngorms and Clinical Leaders of Thrombosis as well as working on various projects with several marketing and business consultancies.
Most recently, with the introduction of our Joomla! training facility the company has been able to further extend its revenue streams and at the same time enhance its reputation as one of Scotland's few Joomla! specialists.
Looking ahead, Web Foundry is hoping to connect with more like-minded businesses, be them clients, collaborators or future business partners
. In a fast changing world Web Foundry is looking forward to the future, to new ideas, new approaches and to seeing how one of the most exciting industries meets the challenges of clients in the years ahead. For more information or to discuss this article please call or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
