On paper, Eskgrove ‘design and build brand-new houses’. In actual fact, they offer so much more than that. When they started their business, they set out to change the way that people think about choosing a new home. Evolving technology, together with new legislation, make it easier than ever for people to enjoy the comforts of a warmer, quieter, cleaner, greener home. (One that meets their exacting needs perfectly.) A premium product needed a premium website. So how did we surprise the innovators?
Technically speaking...
We developed a clean, fresh site that would truly reflect their innovative edge and core values. We created a unique tool for Eskgrove: a ‘price calculator’ that would enable users to price their house, based on their bespoke interior specifications. That would include everything from the bathrooms and kitchens, to the flooring, appliances and levels of sound insulation. No other house builder site offered this level of online price personalisation. We were rather chuffed about that.
And the results?
Customers are engaging with the site just as we’d hoped. Interactive maps guide them around plans and locations. Their own personal account helps them to save their designs, login and then refine the specifications. Once the customer has paid a deposit, and their house build is underway, they can witness its rapid progress with an image gallery that’s uploaded weekly by the site manager. Users even have a ‘voice’ on the site as they can suggest features for future homes, which other users then vote on. (We like the one with the big windows down the front - check it out.)
