Joomla custom development for Interactive Design Institute

IDI's website is core to their business. Students, tutors and international partners alike depend on the smooth running of the site. One of the major challenges facing Web Foundry was to deliver an exceptionally high level of functionality without compromising security or performance.

Using the latest version of Joomla, together with an open source forum, document management system, commercial learning management system and payment plug-in, Web Foundry has developed an exciting and functionally sophisticated site.

The website allows seven different rights of access, multilingual capabilities and Flash media player conferencing. Working in partnership with ELearningForce, who developed the custom Learning Management System (LMS) that integrated into the Joomla framework Web Foundry has delivered a best-of-breed solution.

Looking to the future many more exciting and innovative developments are planned for the website to ensure it continues to be a leading example in the online learning arena.
